No time to include a hospital tour on these days, however you are invited
to join with the series class on their tour.
4 week series classes, 7:00 - 9:30pm at Cambridge Midwives' office
Prenatal classes will cover:
• Anatomy of labour and birth
• Aspects of labour
• Relaxation and comfort measures
• Techniques for pain management
• Medical interventions
• Role of the support person during
labour and birth
• Breastfeeding
• Parenting and postpartum period
• Hospital tour when possible
Classes will be taught by Linda Olsen or Michelle Clement
